When the Certain Begin to Question

Dear Leader,
I have noticed something lately, the strongest leaders, leading from the forefront, calling the shots, whom the team looks up to, are beginning to question themselves.
Question themselves in the secrecy of their hearts, in the space between the meetings :
"Is this the path I wished to take?"
It can tempt you into thinking you’ve outgrown your place, or worse, that you’ve lost your edge.
But this is a crossroad. One that if led with awareness can lead to greater clarity.
So, take this question seriously. Not with fear, but with curiosity.
Leadership Practice: The Alignment Audit
This week, look at your calendar, not as a list of tasks, but as a reflection of intent.
Ask yourself: “Does this advance my next direction, or only sustain my current one?”
Keep what’s forward-focused. Delegate or redesign what’s not. Alignment is built through conscious subtraction.
As you go on subtracting, you will have more capacity and clarity to live into what truly makes you alive. Clarity is a journey...one strong step at a time!
The strongest leaders are the ones who question their steps and seek clarity rather than going in the flow. They are curious about realigning and always look forward to creating new possibilities.
Warmth,
